Yes. Our amazing products are available for delivery to all states in Nigeria. Feel free to order from us irrespective of where you’re based.

Delivery varies by location. In Lagos and South Western states in Nigeria, it is possible to get your items the same day your order them (if these items are ordered before 12 p.m. and if you select Express Delivery as preferred shipping method). Standard Delivery gets to you the next day if you’re in Lagos. Click here for more info on Delivery and Shipping. 

Yes, you do. Revenes currently offers Free Delivery on all Lagos orders above ₦400,000. For orders lower than that or orders to be delivered to other locations, shipping fee applies. The shipping fee depends on the weight of the item and the location to be delivered to. Click here to find out more about Delivery and Shipping.

All connections to our (Paystack) services are forced to happen over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 (SSL). We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Paystack only over HTTPS.

Card Information

Card details are encrypted using AES-256 GCM while the decryption keys are stored on a separate machine. As such, cards are not stored as plain numbers but securely hidden even from Paystack personnel and systems. The only actions our systems can take is to request that card details be sent to a service provider.

Fraud Prevention

Paystack has developed an internal decision support system that uses intelligent rules to determine the risk factor of a transaction or customer and blocking payment from being made if it does not pass the necessary checks. This decision is based on a combination of multiple factors such as geolocation, IP addresses, purchase and behaviour history, and so on.

Merchants on our platform have also been equipped with a dashboard that allows them to blacklist customers that have been fraudulent, which further helps our general system to learn and prevent such behaviour. Our Fraud & Dispute Team is constantly at work developing processes for identifying fraud patterns to improve our Fraud Prevention system.

Yes. You will be notified with an email on the progress of your order. We will also be sending WhatsApp messages on the go as your order progresses. If you have any questions about your orders, you can send us a WhatsApp message here, or send us an email from the “Contact Us” page.

Yes, you can return an item within 5 days of purchase. You can reach to us via any of our social channels: Instagram, Twitter and Facebook or send us a mail from our “Contact Us” page. PLEASE refer to the Returns, Exchanges and Replacement page for more information.

Yes, you will get a refund once a return request has been verified. Upon verification of a return request, you will receive a confirmation email and then the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Yes. There is company warranty on devices your purchase Please note that devices marked as IMPORTED PRODUCT do not come with any warranty. For UK Used Apple devices, we offer a 3 day limited warranty.

Usually, this happens when the item you have selected is out of stock. We would notify you before cancelling the order. This rarely happens, but whenever this happens, your order will be cancelled. Once cancelled, a refund will be issued within 2 – 24 hours
